In this thesis, the theme of language learning assessment and the main line to Bloom et al taxonomy theory about the new curriculum ideas and our country as a guide to language learning assessment conducted in-depth study of target classification, it is of practical significance goal theory, Evaluation of the current status of the problem of language learning and attribution systems were described and analyzed, revealing the problem, countermeasures, focusing on language learning strategy choice to conduct a comprehensive evaluation explained by the theory to practice, made very clear language principles and methods of evaluation of learning, and the corresponding case be corroborated. This paper studies the absorption evaluation of language learning in today’s world, the problem of language learning strategies made more systematic evaluation of interpretation, and made a number of studies on language learning strategies appropriate countermeasures, quite important practical significance.Thesis topic ideas are as follows:The first part of the introduction. Brief outline of the study, the relevant domestic and international research to be reviewed.The second part of the target classification theory, the new curriculum "3D" targets by history to reality, from theory to practice in-depth research and analysis, emphasized the goal of theoretical significance in language learning evaluation.The third part, through interviews with the problems of language learning assessment reveals a profound and attribution analysis.The fourth part, contact the actual situation of language learning assessment, from the perspective of "3D" goals, principles and methods of assessment proposed to be followed, and by a profound analysis of the case, be proved persuasive.
