In the21st century, the hottest topic of China’s basic education stage is Curriculum Reform, which makes major changes in teaching mode, one of its main goals is "to change the present situation of the traditional course, and then let the students take the initiative to explore". In this background, the guiding teaching models are now popular, thus, the mainstream of teaching is based on the learning teaching mode. The guiding teaching mode, which mentioned in my article, refers to learn that case of learning teaching mode.This article is divided into four chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the background and significance of the research. Teaching mode advocates to change the traditional teaching mode, it not only meets the requirement of curriculum reform, and also conform to the goal of cultivating the country needs. This model emphasizes to take the students as the main body, teachers as the leading factor, give full play to the initiative of students. Based on this case of guiding teaching mode, DuLangkou middle school promoted it, a few years later, other schools followed quickly, such as educational reform experiment, Xiamen HaiCang experiment middle school, in Baoji "learning classroom teaching model" and the author’s practice school advocated by Shenzhen song gang middle school of "guiding case as carrier in autonomous learning mode", these reforms have made great achievements. However, at the same time, guiding teaching mode also shackles the development of the teaching, the disadvantages of its formal, folk has attracted more and more educators’ query.The second chapter is to present the guide teaching mode. The first part defined the guiding teaching mode, including the teaching mode and learning teaching mode; The second part describes the theoretical basis for the learning teaching mode; The third part emphasizes the basic characteristics of teaching mode; The last part points the basic link of learning teaching modes.The third chapter is to study the current situation of the teaching mode, put forward the guiding effect of teaching mode and implementation problems. Guiding teaching mode make students learning style changes, so as to significantly improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. But caused the excessive estimation using learning teaching mode in the teachers’ ideological level, learning case occurred on the writing level and the level of all kinds of problems, it is not only increase the teacher’s sluggishness, make learning case writing appeared "lesson plans","homework" the problem of "common", and make teaching mechanization, closure, weaken the discipline characteristic, also increased the students’ burden.The fourth chapter summarizes the effective strategies to guide teaching mode. Improving teachers’ quality is the precondition of the effective guiding teaching mode. Learn to write learning plan is the foundation of effective learning teaching mode; in other words, the correct use of guided learning case is the key to effective guide teaching.
