The main purpose of this study is assessed the ability of mentally retarded studentsarticulation level, to understand the extent of its articulation disorders factors analysis tosupport education and school rehabilitation. This study investigated the use of testmethods for30mentally retarded students individualized tests; using interviews of19teachers in the implementation of the survey. This paper consists of six parts:The first part: introduction. Explore the research background, significance anddefinition of core concepts.The second part: literature review. Mainly for mentally retarded students dysarthriaresearch classification comb.The third part: study design. Introduces the research purpose, objects, tools, methodsand processes.The fourth part: analysis of results. Students explore the articulation languagebarriers and problems in analyzing the extent of the mentally retarded.The fifth part: discussion. Mentally retarded students to explore issues encounteredin articulation and voice capabilities to analyze the reasons.The sixth part: Conclusions recommendations. Made recommendations based onresearch findings related comments.In this study, the following conclusions based on the findings:1. Barriers impact the ability to mentally retarded student speech articulation. Thelighter the obstacles extent the stronger voice articulation; the more severe the degree ofdisorder, dysarthria weaker voice capability.2. Barriers type, age, grade, voice articulation ability to influence the sex ofmentally retarded students were not significant.3. School for Mental Retardation students consonants, vowels and tones biasedhigher error rates. The highest error rates School for Mental Retardation students initialsarea, there is aspirated and unaspirated confusion in confusion; vowel articulation areais mainly confusion; biased tone zone error rate to a minimum.4. Poor articulation clarity mentally retarded students. Prevalence of mentallyretarded students dysarthria, dysarthria clarity levels were significantly lower thannormal level of clarity of articulation for children.5. Rehabilitation of low educational level of support mentally retarded.
