With table tennis in our country extensively, tennis lessons and has become oneof the public health school sports favorite sport. Table tennis sport can not onlypromote the overall development of college students’ moral, intellectual, physical,and enrich the cultural life of school, it is an ideal fitness methods. Thus, the creationof good college sports tennis this course will not only help the overall development ofcollege students physical and mental, and can promote better development of tabletennis in college.In this paper, the use of literature and questionnaire method, starting from theteaching practice, the status of the six universities in Dalian teaching tennis lessondiscusses research carried out practical problems of research and put forward someconstructive point of view, so as to promote sustainable university teaching tennis tocarry out the feasibility of providing some suggestions. On the basis of its systematicand objective analysis to identify factors in Dalian college tennis teachingdevelopment, and propose reasonable and feasible countermeasures. The resultsshowed that:(1) venues, equipment and other hardware resources in DalianUniversity Table Tennis lessons provided by the relative lack of some students can notmeet the needs of enthusiasts. Schools should strengthen the construction of venuesand equipment, according to the actual situation and to improve its managementsystem.(2) in Dalian University Table Tennis teaching content and teaching methodsis relatively reasonable, but there are still a single teaching content, teaching basictechnology heavy, light humanistic theory to explain; teaching content set not reflectstudent differences; too traditional teaching methods, failure to effectively combinewith modern teaching methods and other issues.(3) in Dalian University TableTennis systematic evaluation system for the poor class, the presence of a singleevaluation is too, too much emphasis on the existing teaching evaluation on the basisof the assessment of student learning outcomes technologies final period, at theexpense of students’ learning process evaluation and development; fails to issue avariety of evaluation methods using a combination of evaluation system, does nothave a relatively sound and reasonable evaluation and examination system.(4)Table Tennis teachers more reasonable age structure of the city’s universities, buteducation, job title and professional situation is not ideal. Questions focused onacademic performance does not match the level of technical ability and movementKong teachers; insufficient number of high-grade teachers; teachers’ professionaltechnical ability confusion, poor teaching skills in table tennis and other issues,particularly the lack of a group of highly educated professionals in tennis.It istherefore recommended:(1) increase the effective input of teaching resources,teaching tennis to improve efficiency;(2) to promote table tennis teaching reform,teaching content and teaching methods;(3) to construct a reasonable teachingevaluation system, improve table tennis teaching system;(4) improve theoperational capacity of teaching, to improve the situation of teachers.
