Dalian City Disabledoccupation skill training work has been walking in the forefront of the province.Therefore, study on Dalian disabled occupation skill training present situation, has thevery significant significance.The main purpose of this study is to investigate system of dalian limb disabledpeople to accept the general characteristics of the vocational skills training, includingtraining objectives, training content and training methods, training effect and demandthree aspects. By mastering the limb disabled vocational skills training present situationand the main problems, to reflect the vocational skills training for the disabled in dalianwork as a whole. This research mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire andinterview. Through to the part to accept vocational skills training of limb disabledquestionnaire survey and interviews of teachers engaged in the professional skilltraining work to understand the current situation of the limb disabled vocational skillstraining and the existing problems. Research has shown that by accepting vocational skills training, limb disabled groups of professional skill levels have improved to acertain extent, employability has been effective promotion. But in vocational skillstraining process problems in three aspects, namely the professional skill training worktarget positioning is not clear, the training set unreasonable and training mode to the lowlevel of specialization, diversification of training needs not satisfied with the trainingoverall effect not beautiful.
