The disabled occupation skill training is an effective way to promote the disabledoccupation skill levels and to participate in social activities, is also the focus of theconstruction of two systems. For a long time, Party committees and governments at alllevels attach great importance to the work of the CDPF occupation education trainingfor people with disabilities, have issued a series of promote the disabled occupation skilltraining of laws and regulations and policy measures. The physical disabilityemployment of disabled population rate is relatively high, accept all kinds of occupationskill training frequency is higher than that of other types of disabilities. The physicaldisability as an important disabled labor resources, the occupation skill training levelwill directly affect the future development trend of the employment of the disabled.Dalian city has the good foundation for the disabled occupation skill training andeducation and tradition, Dalian disabled occupation skill training center for a largenumber of disabled occupation skill training and education work. Dalian City Disabledoccupation skill training work has been walking in the forefront of the province.Therefore, study on Dalian disabled occupation skill training present situation, has thevery significant significance.The main purpose of this study is to investigate system of dalian limb disabledpeople to accept the general characteristics of the vocational skills training, includingtraining objectives, training content and training methods, training effect and demandthree aspects. By mastering the limb disabled vocational skills training present situationand the main problems, to reflect the vocational skills training for the disabled in dalianwork as a whole. This research mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire andinterview. Through to the part to accept vocational skills training of limb disabledquestionnaire survey and interviews of teachers engaged in the professional skilltraining work to understand the current situation of the limb disabled vocational skillstraining and the existing problems. Research has shown that by accepting vocational skills training, limb disabled groups of professional skill levels have improved to acertain extent, employability has been effective promotion. But in vocational skillstraining process problems in three aspects, namely the professional skill training worktarget positioning is not clear, the training set unreasonable and training mode to the lowlevel of specialization, diversification of training needs not satisfied with the trainingoverall effect not beautiful. In order to effectively solve the above problems, this studyputs forward to set up scientific training target, setting up reasonable training projectsand optimization methods, starting from the demand to ensure the training effect, to setup the professional teachers four Suggestions, hoping to give relevant departments workprovide valuable reference.
