Content: Senior Chinese New Curriculum Standard clearly points out that “thesubject of Chinese is the most important tool for communication, which is also asignificant component of human culture. An unity of instrumental and humanity is thefundamental feature of the Chinese curriculum.†Due to the impact of exam-orientededucation, the humanity in the subject of Chinese has been ignored; humanistic spirit inlearning is seriously deficient. For students, writing is the comprehensive performanceon Chinese attainments, which is an appearance of inherent spirit and unique personalityto manifest freely. Often, a short composition reflects the writer’s life attitude, valueorientation, aesthetic taste and individual character style. Therefore, according tostudents’ individual difference, we should capture the field of composition teaching andlearning, training students in accordance with their aptitude, leading them to establish acorrect outlook on life and values, cultivating students’ humanistic spirit so as to realizethe win-win result of writing and life.The main body of the thesis consists of three parts.Part One summarizes the performance of the deficiency in humanistic spirit insenior high school composition teaching and learning and analyzes reasons of the currentsituation. This part also states that influenced by exam-oriented education system, bothstudents as the main body of writing, and in the process of writing, humanistic spirit isseriously deficient. At the same time, from the following four aspects: writing sources,motivation, thinking, evaluation standard and so on, this part analyzes the causes of theabove situation, and hope to give the general educators some inspiration.Part Two elaborates the theoretical basis and practical significances in cultivatinghumanistic spirit of senior high school writing of teaching and learning. No matter fromthe era of science and technology development, the need of quality-oriented education,or from the humanization characteristics of Chinese teaching and educational functionof composition teaching, it’s essential and practical to cultivate humanistic spirit insenior high school writing of teaching and learning.Part Three mainly explores the methods of cultivating humanistic spirit incomposition teaching and learning from the active role of the writers and guiding role ofthe teacher as well as the communication of both sides to. As the subject of writing composition, students are supposed to give out their subjective initiative sufficiently,observe the details of their life, emphasize individuality, and express their true feelingsin compositions. While as teachers, we should focus on changing the traditional conceptof teaching, improve our own cultural accomplishment, and try to create contextualsituation of compositions teaching, reform the teaching methods, alter the traditionalevaluating modes of compositions, so as to cultivate students’ humanistic spirit incomposition teaching and learning. |
