A Study On The Integration And Development Of Hani Traditional Sports Culture In Honghe River Valley

Abstract:Ha-ni nationality is regarded as the son of the Hong He. Along with the changes of the times and the history, in order to create a suitable living environment and defend the beautiful homeland, people gradually form the Ha-ni traditional sports culture which is closely related to social activities that have strong characteristics with Ha-ni nationality’s life such as production, religious worship, entertainment, etc. And this culture is the living fossil of Hong He Ha-ni national sports development.This article uses some methods which are literature study, expert consultation, and field survey to research the Ha-ni Traditional Sports Culture. Firstly, inquire lots of research achievements of Ha-ni Traditional Sports, explore and construct the culture itself, discuss value orientation, culture aesthetic taste, and national cultural identity. Secondly, interview some Ha-ni researchers, deeply investigate Ha-ni inhabited region (counties of Lv-chun, Hong-he, Yuan-yang) of Hong He basin in person. Finally, look at the Ha-ni Traditional Sports Culture from the view of globalization; comparatively analyze the native culture and the foreign culture to find the characteristics of Ha-ni Traditional sports culture. To construct Ha-ni traditional sports culture system which include cultural origin, activities’forms, and its current development, and put forward some countermeasures to carry on and protect the excellent national culture. So as to provide some reference for the harmonious development of Ha-ni Traditional sports in modern conditions, and strengthen national identity, enhance national self-confidence and cohesion.The results show that:with the fusion of Ha-ni traditional sports culture in Hong He basin, the traditional culture of Ha-ni nationality has got local accumulation and exotic radiation; as frequently contact and communicate with some alien or exotic cultures, the traditional culture of Ha-ni nationality is internal shocked and make some adjustment itself for better develop. Ha-ni traditional sports culture has changed along with the conflicting between the foreign cultures and the traditional Cultures.The reasons of Ha-ni traditional sports culture development in Hong He basin as follow:one is the modern economic society spurs people’s desire for consumption and changes the concept of life and creates some new ways of living. Another is that Ha-ni traditional social orders gradually become weakened for people life and men now can select their being ways freely. The Ha-ni traditional sports culture can be revealed by joint work of different village common or unique Ha-ni traditional sports performances and other art forms through some modern ways.
