Is the result of1968aerobics after50years of development, hasbecome a collective exercise, dance, music, fitness, entertainment, as one of the sport.Due to external hardware facilities and sports aerobics sports subject itself requirementsis not high, less restrictive conditions, therefore, the development of the sport more andmore widely, are becoming more common in the group application of one of the sport.Beijing sports college founded the aerobics team as early as in1984, since then all sortsof aerobics teaching materials published one after another, in the primary and secondaryschools, began to appear in aerobics teaching and aerobics was listed in the syllabus,classroom teaching as a formal teaching content.But for a long time, most of the elementary and middle schools sports curriculumopen widely in track and field project as the main teaching content and three big ball, onthe development of the aerobics teaching on the value and uneven phenomenongradually. For primary and secondary schools based on the present situation of thepresent situation of aerobics teaching content set study will help understand the sportdevelopment in primary and middle schools, and make an objective analysis andevaluation, so as to promote the continuous development of aerobics and structureoptimization and diversity development of school physical education, for student’slifetime sports to develop a more broad road.Ten schools in this study to leshan city center of aerobics teaching content as theresearch object, by using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview andobservation to the city center of primary and secondary schools teachers and students inaerobics teaching investigation, from the research of aerobics teaching curriculum,teaching content, teaching means and teaching method, this paper emphatically analyzesleshan city center aerobics teaching content in primary and secondary school physicaleducation present situation, mainly including students exercise effect, the teachers’teaching effect, school support, and so on, comprehensive analysis of the many factorsinfluencing the aerobics teaching content set, hope to be able to complement each other,the true from the analysis results, summarizes some methods of optimization in aerobicsteaching of primary and secondary schools, primary and secondary school physicaleducation in the future in aerobics teaching content set play a certain reference value.In this paper, through the literature material law, investigation method, interviewmethod, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the middle and primary school of leshan downtown area of aerobics teaching content set research present situation,problems and influence factors in the system analysis, the following conclusions: atpresent, leshan central city elementary and middle schools generally have aerobicsclasses, but the school’s development is uneven, most schools of aerobics teachingcontents in physical education accounted for more than is less than10%, showing a rarethe present situation of the teaching content. This makes the most of the students’cognition in aerobics too little, thus affecting the enthusiasm of the students for theparticipation of aerobics. From teacher interview survey results can be concluded thataerobics professional teachers is less, the teachers lack, schools lack auxiliary aerobicsexercise equipment, single lead to the teacher in class content, teaching methods lack ofnew idea, the teaching effect is not obvious. Leshan city center downtown of aerobicsteaching contents in physical education to break through the traditional mode ofeducation, to get better promotion.
