With the progress of society and the development of times, we have new requirements for cultivating talents. In order to achieve the education goal which training to adapt to the high-quality talent of modern social, we should change our education ideas and then reform the mode of talent training firstly. The teaching mode of "self-led learning" is concrete practice, which can implement the Party’s education policy, implement the comprehensive quality education and promote the human-oriented scientific development view comprehensively. It is a complex and meticulous work that build a mature educational pattern for physics. So we need perpetual perfection、construction and creation.This article is studying the education model of senior high school physics of "self-led learning". In the first, this article is in theory to explain and introduce the education model of self-led learning. It will present influence factor of this model in physical classes by theoretical analysis, interviews with teachers and students and observation of the practical teaching. And it can indicate some problems in the process of implementation. For these problems, we will give a set of suitable and practical teaching strategies in pre-class、in class and after class, and apply to the specific teaching practice.The content of this article is divided into seven parts:Part Ⅰ:Detail the research background at home and abroad、purpose、significance and method. And define some related concepts.Part Ⅱ:Discuss the theoretical basis of the teaching mode of "self-led learning" from the aspects of pedagogy, psychology, the new curriculum reform and so on.Part Ⅲ:Detail the meaning of the teaching model of senior high school physics "self-led learning", implementation link and characteristic.Part Ⅳ:By theoretical analysis and practical observation, which part will explore the factors of the teaching mode of high school physics class "self-led learning" from objectivism teachers and students.Part Ⅴ:Depended on the teaching cases and interviewed record, this part will analyze problems in "self-led learning" of high school physics class. It will detail on preparing lessons、 dividing into groups、making rules and so on. There are some examples about the above points in this part. Finally, the part will analyze the feasibility of teaching practice.Part VI:In sixth part, the theory will be returned to practice. It will give the design of high school physics new classes、exercise classes and experimental class in the teaching mode of "self-led learning". The new class, as an example, practices the teaching implementation strategy in the fifth part. And it will introduce developing independent learning requirements, instructional strategy design, the teaching process design and other aspects. The part will analyze the implementation of the strategy and sum up experience.Part VII:The last part, it will summarize the harvesting and problems in the research process, and express the outlook for future research.
