There are many studies on the improvement of people’s degree of relaxation, but most of them are studies of hypnosis to relax, in actual operation, hypnosis techniques are not easily mastered by people, and the operation is very troublesome. After knowledge of traditional qigong methods, we can find that qigong can make people better to relax by regulating the body, regulating the respiration and regulating the heart, traditional qigong methods have strong operability, after collecting a lot of traditional qigong methods, using experimental study to find the most simple and effective way to improve people’s relaxation degree.Research Purpose:Qigong, proved by experiments, having good effect on inducing brainwave into a state of relaxation. Trough theoretical and experimental, combining a variety of ways to improve the degree of relaxation, understanding the influence rule of various methods of qigong relaxation, and paving the way for optimization and innovation for qigong relaxation.Research Significance:This research is on the study of qigong exercise effectively strengthen the brain relax degrees, to get better qigong methods, highlighting the qigong methods to help people relax in today’s society, thus improving people’s tension condition.Research Methods:In this study, the literature for the experimental study provides scientific basis; expert interviews to collect different power law laid the foundation; experiment detected by EEG brain waves of a relaxed state when; comparative analysis of the ordinary conduct exercises and other exercises nine comparative analysis; data analysis method for the average index of subjects brainwave lights, the optimal value, optimal value to maintain the time to reach the peak time, and half of the average of the analysis before and after, finally concluded.Research Results:(1) The average conventional method was significantly greater than other nine power law, and therefore its impact on the degree of relaxation is better than other methods, to achieve a significant difference;(2) Compared with the average of the index about general abdominal breathing exercises and light,p<0.01, with a very significant difference;(3) The optimal value of the ordinary method optimal value is greater than the average of any other kind of power law;(4) The value of maintaining about breath concept idea Jess than0.05, significant difference, other power law P>0.05, no significant difference;(5) Mantras, breath concept idea, segmented breathing and abdominal breathing exercises before and after these four segments mean comparison found that the mean is greater than the preceding paragraph mean;(6) general power law, Liu Zi Jue, fetal breathing, turtle breathing, thoracic breathing exercises before and after these five segments after mean comparison.Conclusions:(1) Obtained by comparing the conventional method of inducing brainwave ordinary exercises into a relaxed state with the best average of the other nine exercises;(2) Ordinary method by comparing with other nine kinds of exercises derived average optimal value of the ordinary exercises into a relaxed state induced brainwave best effect;(3) The method by comparing with the other nine common power law to maintain the value of the average optimal value concept ideas drawn breath, turtle breathing and abdominal breathing exercises to maintain three times the brainwave after induction into the best state of relaxation long;(4) By comparing the common methods used in the peak time and the other nine exercises to achieve common method for inducing brainwave drawn into the best state of relaxation slowest turtle breathing into the best method to induce a relaxed state Brainwave fastest;(5) Obtained by conventional methods half of the average number of light before and after ten power law, Liu Zi Jue, fetal breathing, turtle breathing, thoracic breathing to induce brain waves into a state of relaxation effect is getting worse, while holding mantra, visualize breath, segmented breathing, abdominal breathing to induce brain waves into a state of relaxation effect is getting better, intended to keep the pubic region half no difference before and after induction segment brainwave into a relaxed state.
