With the further development of English teaching in our country and the increase demand for high-quality talents in society, the English teaching in primary school is also facing more pressure and challenges. It is that how to improve the quality of teaching in the classroom, how to promote the development of students’ability to learn and improve language quality and how to make the better development of English teaching in primary school. However, situation teaching always has been the important strategy of English teaching. Here, the issue, called "The practice research of effectiveness of English situation establishment in primary school", is proposed.In this paper, based on the current situation of English teaching in primary school, we put forward confusion by researching and thinking, including the understanding of effectiveness of situation teaching and the concrete operation strategy, to provide reference for teachers’ teaching.Firstly, from the situation analysis of the primary school English teaching development, enlightenment on the effective teaching of primary school English teaching, the effective understanding of situation teaching, the influence of children’s education and the feasibility and necessity of applying situational teaching in primary school English classroom, we comprehensively discuss the generation, development and definitions of situation teaching and the effective particularity of primary school English classroom situation teaching.Secondly, this paper states the basis of theory for the effectiveness of the primary school English teaching situation from constructivism, situated cognition and second language acquisition theory system. And it lists the problems of the performance of primary school English classroom situation teaching and analyses the corresponding reasons. For the problems in five aspects and its causes, we present the corresponding specific requirements, including the integration of the situation’, the real of the situation, the interesting of the situation, the sociality of the situation and the hierarchy of the situation, and present more specific and detailed strategy aiming at different issues.Finally, focusing on different class type from vocabulary, discourse teaching, comprehensive plate teaching and recitation of the different types of classroom situation and so on, we present more specific strategies to improve teaching effectiveness.
