ADStractThis article focuses on the environment under the emerging new media, elementary art education process new educational ideas and teaching methods. The current domestic primary art education curriculum to a critical period of development, and new media with its unique characteristics change with the development and construction of all aspects of elementary art education, including curriculum development trend of ideas, methods, values and goals and so on.With the full arrival of the new media era and its rapid development, new media technology has been widely used in various fields in general social production and life, which of course include a primary school art curriculum education.
