High school students to study abroad is one of the most prominent educational phenomenon in twenty-first century. This article research the reason of high school students studying abroad. Push-pull theory, the theory of human capital and investment in human resources, education, service trade theory are the theoretical foundation of this article.a university Shanghai Students Cambridge International Center for the study, that is the way the case study method, the merger literature, questionnaires and interviews for high school students to study abroad phenomenon.Focused on high school students to study abroad is to reveal the flow abroad and the product of the collision between the inflow of both country’s economy, politics, education, culture and politics, is the comprehensive national strength of both the environment and other individual differences and high school students the inevitable result of the combined effect of factors. Investment in human capital and talent theory is that the nature of high school high school students to study abroad as an investment for individuals and families of high school students. By way of studying abroad, to enhance the capacity and quality of high school students in order to gain now or in the future may vary. Such as escape domestic mode of education entrance to escape, evade employment pressure, the pressure to survive. Receive one-sided information, examples of the benefits and success of just studying to see, outperform, blindly follow the trend and so on.Contemporary high school students studying abroad should hold positive and useful motivation, that motivation is held to study positive, can promote the healthy development of students, and have a positive impact on families, communities and nations to study motivation. Based on how high school students held a positive family and personal motivation to study, the paper’s high school students to study abroad families made the following specific recommendations:First, from an economic perspective, the cost of studying abroad in a normal family life does not affect the bottom line; II.
