The objectives of the new curriculum reform mentioned in the students to formthe correct values and the active learning attitude at the same time obtain the basicknowledge and basic skills. Today’s social development change rapidly, the studentsmust learn to autonomous learning, to adapt to the needs of social development.This study from the teaching activities in the autonomous learning situation ofjunior high school students and teachers in the current situation, theory withpractice, research and Practice.The present study includes six parts: The first partmainly introduces the selected topic basis, the research content and the method,significance;The second part expounds the related concepts of open teaching ofmathematics and the ability of autonomous learning research status at home andabroad; The third part of the questionnaire design of junior middle school students’mathematical ability of autonomous learning status of the investigation, and theinvestigation and statistical analysis of the data, analysis shows that most students’learning initiative is not strong, the classroom in a passive state, to mathematicsstudy interest is not high phenomenon. Therefore, changing the traditional mode ofclassroom teaching, improve students’ autonomous learning ability is imminent; Thefourth part is based on the theory, with the current actual situation, summarizesthrough the implementation of open teaching in mathematics classroom teachingstrategies and methods, improve students’ autonomous learning ability; The fifthpart is the strategy and method of summarizing the applied to class teaching,through the experimental study for one semester, and according to the results ofquestionnaire survey and mathematical exams of the semester results, draw theconclusion, through the implementation of open teaching of mathematics, improvestudents’ autonomous learning ability, not only improve the students’ mathematicsachievement, and let the students’ autonomous learning ability is greatly promoted,to develop good study habits. The sixth part is the summary and outlook,summarizes the gains and losses and further research prospects.Through the teaching practice of one term, according to the test results and thequestionnaire at the end of the semester students of the results can be seen:Through the promotion of students’ autonomous learning ability of mathematicsopen teaching method for students to learn about the significant effect, mainly toenhance the mathematical learning interest, self-confidence in the student,consciously cultivate the preview before class, after-school initiative to review habits,class actively participate in discussion exchanges, strengthen self supervision ability,learn more regular reflection summary in the learning methods, the mostfundamental is the student achievement has been greatly improved, for students is asuccess, for teachers is a kind of power. Therefore, teaching in the future, I willcontinue to open teaching, improve students’ autonomous learning ability, let thestudents truly become the masters of learning, adapt to the needs of socialdevelopment.
