As a new round of curriculum reform deeply, teaching effectiveness has been paid more attention to. The past from effective teaching mainly have the effect, efficient, cost-effective three to study factors, we proposed mathematical literacy is one of effective teaching factors. And USES the classroom observation, visiting, homework tracking method, through specific high school mathematics classroom teaching, teachers and students in case the understanding of classroom teaching behavior; The effective teaching from building based on factors affecting the validity of the teachers, and the factors affecting the effectiveness of student influencing factors were analysed, and find out the reason, explore the teaching inefficient to improve teachers' effective teaching strategy, improve teaching efficiency for the teachers and students to provide the reference.This research mainly composed by two points research.(1) Research based on mathematical literacy, factors affecting the effective teaching(2) To study the high school mathematics, based literacy effective teaching case analysis researchThrough the analysis of classroom teaching cases, and discusses the main get the following this study several conclusions. (1) mathematical literacy is the effectiveness of the mathematical classroom one factor.(2) classroom teaching effective means of whole classroom teaching effect. It includes teachers effective teaching and students' learning effective, both are necessary.(3) the classroom efficiency and teaching quality, there is a connection between the classroom efficiency. High quality teaching quality, emphasizes the quality of classroom efficiency is implement the basic guarantee of classroom teaching effectiveness.The results of this study can enrich people to the effective teaching understanding, also can improve teaching efficiency for teachers provide certain reference and function.
