| With the acceleration of process in professionalization, we have taken a gaint step forward in the development of Domestic Social Work., During the trail prieod in Shenzhen and Dongguan, Lots of graduates whose major is the Social Work or is related to the Social Work are attracted to devote to the Social Work, and provide a large amount of professional services for local people. The professional team of Social worker is also expanding ceaselessly. But the social workers are facing many challenges and difficulties with the deeping of practise in social work., including professional identity, ethical dilemmas and professional burnout feeling. Paying close attention to Subjective Well-Being of on-the-job social workers and analysing the influential factors of SWB and interventions can actively promote the healthy development of social workers.This thesis aims to know the social workers'SWB, the Way of Self Construction and the current situation of perceived social support by investigating some social workers in Shenzhen and Dongguan. Besides this thesis is aimed at discussing the relationship between these factors, the influence which these factors have on Social Work and forecasting.The result of using the descriptive statistical analysis, compare means, correlation analysis and regression analysis to the collected statistic showed that the SWB of social workers were just of medium level. So it is necessary to enhance SWB in structure; The social workers' basic information have certain influence on SWB, but the education background and household registration have more greater effect on it;The self-construals of social workers include indepent and interdependent self,which both play an important impact on SWB of social worker,relatively the influence of interdependent self is more;The unsatisfactory social support that social wokers have got in shenzhen and dongguan is to a main restricting factor for the SWB of social workers.Based on the above understanding, we can forecast:the development trend of Domestic Social Work is to foster high educated and more professional social workers; If the social support to help social workers is increased,their subjective well-being and vocational satisfaction will get promoted;The domestic social workers are experiencing the feeling of burnout in the future.;In the long run,Social work talent training base will be set in shenzhen and dongguan.What should be done to promote the SWB of social workers in shenzhen and dongguan is to foster high educated and more professional social workers,to increase the social support,especially the objective support,to make proper professional role definition,out of professional confused and occupational tiredness feeling. |
