Questioning consciousness is basis of innovation , improving questioning consciousness can foster innovation spirit for students, enhance interaction between teacher and student, accelerate difference in teaching and then improve efficiency of teaching. Improving questioning consciousness can enhance the contribution from student in teaching activities, and such change fits for requirement of education reform. Currently, Chinese student are used to listening in teaching activities thus less interaction between teacher and students, and most of them don't have good questioning consciousness, especially for rural students.This article tries to get reasonable teaching strategy via theory study, thinking over experience and practice, survey on factor which has impact on questioning consciousness. To verify the assumption that implement teaching strategy can improve questioning consciousness, I teach in two classes base on such strategy.Experiment is implemented for one semester in three classes, two are for implementing strategy, and another is for comparison. This article utilizes all those three methods and tries to improve questioning consciousness for two classes. First, this article collects questioning consciousness status and understands questioning consciousness status. And then this article analysis reason why students don't have good questioning consciousness. At last, this article make experiment base on following strategy: improving confidence for underachievers, thus they dare ask question; improving interest about learning chemical, thus they think actively and are willing to ask question; being kind to students who ask question, thus protecting the sense of question; changing idea about teaching, trying to create chance about asking question, helping students keep good habit about asking question; transferring skill about asking question; practicing different way about asking question; changing teaching style, giving students more freedom about asking question. After teaching in this way for one semester, students who ask question get more and more and question quality is better than before.
