Teachers are the key to school development, and young teachers are the hope of teachers, so the team building of young teachers is very important in the development of school. But in current team building of secondary vocational schools, especially in the training of young teachers in secondary vocational schools, there are still some problems. For example, some young teachers are uncertainty about the requirement of professional autonomy, confusion and problems in development process can't be solved in time. Then young teachers glow slowly and unevenly.By the survey on 92 young teachers and interviews on 11 young teachers with different teaching experience in two secondary vocational schools in J City, the author analyzes the status of the professional development of young teachers, in terms of young teachers'sense and power of professional autonomy, the ability status of professional self-development, approach of professional self-development, self-evaluation of professional self-development, etc. The author finds out: Young teachers in secondary vocational schools can value the professional development, but they are lack of momentum and practical action in professional self-development; current ways to promote professional development of teachers can't meet the need of promoting the development of professional autonomy; young teachers'professional self-development needs to be improved.In fact, the solution of teachers'development of professional autonomy is a process that constantly promote teachers to develop consciously and actively. So, based on the findings, we propose two levels of individual teachers and schools to promote the professional self-development of young teachers in secondary vocational schools: First, schools should establish and perfect the management system of school teachers, establish mentoring system, implement the reform of teacher evaluation, carry out teaching and research cooperation, set the development of diversity channel, to create a good atmosphere for the development of teachers; Second, Individual teachers should enhance the awareness of self-development, make plans on professional development, pay attention to and enhance learning, reflect and research on teaching actively, to establish the dominant position of development. We do these two facts to improve the vocational status of the professional self-development, and effectively raise the level of professional quality of young teachers.
