Decision-making about theory and empirical research has been one of the focuses of psychology,management,economics and other areas. Decision-making is a basic Human activity. We need to face a variety of decisions everyday, sometimes; individuals need to make decisions in the face of many uncertainties. Making decisions means risk under uncertain factors and uncertainty itself is difficult to assess. Where there is risk, where there is a risk decision. Therefore, the risk decision-making research in the field has drawn increasing attention of researchers, and the risk decision -making is a richest core issue of decision-making researches.The discussion on career decision-making not only enriches the risk decision-making theory and specific applications, but also makes more specific and detailed discussion about the factors which affect the framework in order to provide more material about the contents of risk decision-making field. Besides, it is practical significant that discussing relevant variables which affect the framework of career decision-making among college students. We try to provide some meaningful reference when these college students face real career decision-making to avoid some unnecessary mistakes and missed, choose a satisfied job smoothly.This article is based on the study of the existent relevant literature. We designed two experiments,each experiment include 2(positive and negative frame) X 3 (the number of people prepared to compete) two-factor mixed design.We choose university students as our testers. The author discussed the existence of framing effects in self-other career decision by Kahnema classic" Asian disease" model under the positive framework and the negative framework. The study also explored the factors which affect the framing effects by changing the proposed number of people who competed the career decision-making.The experiment result showed:(1) When the number of people prepared to compete for the 600 in the career decision-making, self-other career decisions are influenced by the framing effects, and female students are influenced more than male students by the framework (2) When the number of people prepared to compete for the 60, students who expected others'choose in career decision-making are tend to be effected by the framework. What's more female students are influenced more than male students by the framework. (3)When the number of people prepared to compete for the 600 or 60, whether positive framework or negative framework,the first year students have more risk preference than junior students on other-career decision-making. (4)In the face of same competing size, subjects think that they are more adventurous than others under the negative framework.
