Self-cognition plays an vital role both in modern education reform and mental development of adolescents. If having an objective and overall understanding of self-cognition, adolescents will enhance their abilities in managing themselves to promote development of themselves and the education. It is explored in philosophy, psychology, and many different kinds of discipline. Because of the restricted age and little social experience, junior middle school students have limited self-cognition, causing many psychological problems such as behavioral deviationSelf-attribution mistake, ambiguous value.etc. This is very harmful to the physical and mental Growth of Junior middle school students.Chinese textbooks for junior middle school students are an effective way to make self-cognition education, which is decided its humanist nature. However, the content of self-cognition takes little part in textbooks as a result of wrong value guide in social education and ignorance of self-cognition education, which is supposed to make a good contribution to human education in china textbooks.Hold an unwavering opinion that self-cognition education in textbooks should be paid more attention. It could be taken some measures to strengthen education of junior middle school students. Firstly, concept of self-cognition education should be deepened in school. Secondly, we should wake their parents'identity of self-cognition. In addition, we could increase the ratio of the content in textbooks to make a vivid and effective education to students, which would play a positive role for students'development.
