Teachers'professional development can be understood as a process that teachers'internal professional structure is being updated, evolved and enriched continuously. In the process of teachers'professional development, teacher not only need to enrich their professional knowledge, improve their professional skills continuously, but also gradually develop their professional cordiality, increasingly sublime teachers'own professional emotion. As a teacher, once lost special professional infiltration, even though further enriching his professional knowledge and more outstanding the professional skills is, he also but imparts knowledge as "Teacher Man" can not to educate people casting the soul as "soul master". Therefore, teachers have noble professional sentiment is the inevitable requirement of teachers'professional development.Teachers'professional sentiment is the emotional experience of teachers with sanity value evaluation for education teaching activities, it is the sign of teachers'mature professional cordiality development, and it is constitutes the basis of teachers'values but also an important component factor of Teachers'personality. Teachers'professional sentiment can be divided into three parts that teachers'professional rational feeling, teachers'professional moral sense and teachers'professional aesthetic feeling. Teachers'professional reason feeling refers to teachers' subjective emotion experience produced in know, exploration, evaluation of the education law in reason activity process, such as teaching and scientific research, etc. Teacher's professional moral sense is teachers'emotional experience produced in intention perception, comparison and evaluation of own or others'words, manners and thoughts according to teacher occupational ethics and the code of conduct. Teachers'professional aesthetic feeling is the emotional experience produced in evaluating teachers'professional activities and the basic elements of education according to the aesthetic needs of teachers oneself and aesthetic standard. This aesthetic standard is the premise of conform to the society and education law. Teachers' professional sentiment has generative, educational and other features.For teachers, noble professional sentiment has "willing to create actively" function, which make them feel professional life joyful, promote professional development in initiatively, perfect teachers'emotional dimension of survival during creation. For students, in teachers and students communication process, teachers'noble professional sentiment can edify the students'disposition, shape students'personality and encourage students'pursuit to the true, the good and the beauty in life.Teachers'professional sentiment develops in the teaching practice process gradually, its development is influenced of individual teacher internal and external various factors. Teachers personally, they can develop the professional reason feeling through the education teaching and academic research and self reflection, cultivate their professional moral sense through the care for students, strict self-discipline and selfless dedication, develop their own professional aesthetic feeling through the aesthetic perception and aesthetic imagination and aesthetic understanding.
