Universities Of Students' Political Education Effective Probe

It is political ideological education in colleges&universities that concerns the development of higher education and personnel training, which is an important factor to promote education quality and social reputation and is also the basis of all the other work。It is urgent to carry out and fulfill the political ideological education and to promote pertinence and effectiveness of the political ideological education as well。Every faculty is an important component of higher education, directly reflecting higher education quality and comprehensive qualities of teachers and students。And every faculty also shows the education idea in colleges&universities。This paper elaborates how to fulfill political ideological education in colleges&universities from three angles:firstly, the effect of boosting pertinence of political ideological education under new situation; secondly, main factors which influence and restrict effectiveness in the faculty of a university; thirdly, the methods and channels to promote effectiveness of political ideological education。The first part of this paper is about the connotation, type and research significance of effectiveness in political ideological education. In this part, we make sure the value of promoting research of effectiveness in political ideological education. The second part elaborates the main factors which influence and restrict effectiveness of political ideological education in the faculty of a university. In this part we discuss the main factors restricting effectiveness of political ideological education from two aspects:one is from the influence of social factors upon students'ideology and view of value; the other is from the problem of ideological and political work in higher education itself. In this part, we aim to find the crux restricting effectiveness in political ideological education of college students, so we can prescribe the right remedy for the illness. The third part is about the methods of promoting effectiveness in political ideological education, which is the main part of this paper. On the basis of combining theory with practice, we propose countermeasure s which can promote effectiveness in political ideological education, by means of three great changes in political ideological education in universities, by injecting the contents of the new age, by expanding efficient means and strengthening pertinence of political ideological education, and by constructing a group of high-quality political instructors in political ideological education of universitieso In the third part, we aim to promote effectiveness in political ideological education with practical measures.
