This research regards choice and use of the teaching method as the breakthrough point, ones that study novice teacher and expert teachers'choice and use in teaching method. Teaching method and the novice-expert teacher are carry on search through two main lines of the literature search over the years, and then propose a suitable method.Firstly the author access to education monographs, periodicals and treatise about the definition of teaching methods and chemical teaching methods, the classification and other aspects of the system summary. And then make a list of teaching method that may be used in practice of classroom. Use the encyclopedia and various monographs to find the differentiating and classify to the concepts of various teaching methods. Secondly, analyze through the video of novice and expert teachers' classroom, the author could know what kind of teaching methods teachers at different levels were use. Analysis of the difference between of novice teachers and expert teachers what kind of teaching methods they would like to use. Thirdly, use FIAS to analyze the classroom of teaching of the same content of courses inter-dynamically to the novice and expert type teacher separately. Record teacher's language in the classroom then count the novice and expert teachers'language in real classroom by Matrix statistics. Fourthly, design the student's questionnaire, which could appraise whether the teacher use the appropriate teaching methods. Fifthly, design the teacher's questionnaire, which Record gains and experience that teacher's teaching method uses. Finally, design the teachers' interview outline. Through exchanging with the teachers face-to-face, the author could know how they evaluate their own teaching. And then understand principle, reason and implicit profound meaning why different teachers choose and use the teaching method.According to research step described above, the author had a research in school for a semester. Find out the question which a novice teacher will often appear in actual teaching, such as oral teaching method, conversation method, demonstration method. And give the proposal how to use of teaching methods better. Firstly When stressed the focus conversation method and exercise method is better than others. Secondly, we introduce examples and link up new knowledge and student's existing experience as much as possible. Thirdly, when use exercise method, consider the situation of students and repeat. Fourthly, when use conversation method should to mention instructive problem and talk one on one. Fifthly, Should pay attention to the continuity between each teaching method, try not to present the teaching method and connect the fault phenomenon in the course.Expect the above questions to cause the attention of every new teacher, and hope that this paper can help to more teachers.
