Vocational Colleges In China The Lack Of Humanistic Education And The Rational Regression

Over a period, with the radical step and expanding developing scale of higher vocational education's popularity, our vocational education transfers a large number of skilled personnel and makes outstanding contributions. However, under the employment orientation's target, the vocational colleges'humane education is covered, the increasing waning becomes the normality, and this phenomenon makes the education aroma and profession significance of the vocational education superficial gradually, the cultivation quality and social benefit at a big discount. The modern professional education's value should be the integration of humanities conservation and professionalism, humane education and scientific education, not limited at professional skills, scientific knowledge instruction and training. So, professional education should let the humane education back to the co-ordination development of humanities conservation and professionalism, promote students'humane consciousness and humane accomplishments as the value, which should be penetrated the whole process of professional education to realize the symbiotic and co-ordination development of professional education and humanistic education.According to the analysis and consideration of the humane education's situation and predicament, this thesis aims at to find out the deep reason of humane education's missing, explore the practice way of the humane education's rational back, and then provide some theory and advice to build the reasonable and effective humane education at the overhead field of professional education.Besides the instruction and conclusion, the thesis including four parts. Firstly, the thesis makes the definition for humanism, humane education, vocational humane education, points out the particularity, contents and the easily-made mistakes of the recent humane education. Under the elaboration of humane education's importance and value, the second part analyzes the situation of our recent humane education, points out the difficulties and existing crisis, including the humanistic spirit loss of profession students, the educational function's weakness, the measurement's lack and so on. The third part analyzes the reason of humane education's missing from education system, education idea, education target, and the effect of recent utilitarianism and pragmatism for our vocational education. The last part makes the initial consideration for the vocational humane educations'rational back, including the back from instrumental idea to humane value idea, the back from single skilled personnel to comprehensive education, and the back from the emphasis of humane education theory to humane education practice, etc. This part also points out the feasible channel to build science and humane education's joint development into the unity field of factualness and oughtness.
