Teacher-student communication is an important topic in educational research, because all educational activities are operated by the communication and exchange between teachers and students completed. Middle school is the most crucial and distinctive period, when the students are at all curious about the transition stage, needing teacher's help and guidance. And they have many unique features hindered the effective communication between teachers and students, to make the education received no communication expecting teaching effect. This paper mainly studies the junior middle school stage of language communication between teachers and students, because language is the most important tool to communicate between teachers and students, any media can not be replaced. However, the language of communication between teachers and students affected by various factors, such as both teachers and students of different values, different roles, scholarship, status differences arising from the exclusion and antagonism, prevented the language of communication between teachers and students. Poor language communication between teachers and students, for a long time blaming each other, and do not understand each, leading to deterioration of relations between teachers and students, which is increasingly sharp conflict should be paid attention to education workers point the question.According to the analysis and consideration of the current language communication of teachers and students of junior,this thesis arms at to generalizes the language barrier caused by the teachers and students, and puts forward the deep reason of dissolve language barrier between teachers and students, and then for junior high school stage strategy of teachers and students some reasonable and effective suggestions.First introduced by three cases paper expatiates the cause, followed, in conclusion based on analysis of relevant information, outlines the research at home and abroad. The second part defines the communication, language communication, teachers and students language communication, barriers of teacher-student communication then analysis of the general model of teacher-student communication. The third part, mainly through interviews, case analysis, literature review method to understand the secondary school language communication of the status and existence of language barriers, from both teachers and students summarize language obstacles factors, Finally, through two targeted and specific case, analyze the existing language communication between teachers and students some of the common and typical problems and puts forward some Suggestions for teachers and students, to enlightenment. The fourth part, describes the main form of language communication, from two aspects analyzes the subjective and objective language barrier between teachers and students. Language barrier between teachers and students is generally not by a single factor, which is composed of teachers, students education requirements combined result of many factors. This paper mainly analyzes the cause from six aspects of language miscommunication between teachers and students reason.The fifth part, according to the language barrier problem and reason analysis, this paper presents a language barrier defuse strategy. First, weakening the role location and updating educational concepts. Second, build a bridge of communication between teachers and students filled the gap. Third, establish a new relationship between teachers and students to integrate values education. Fourth, improve language communication skills,and enhance emotional communication between teachers and students feeling. Fifth, the proper use of body language, and enhance student comprehension. The final part of this conclusion is, the hope can give some enlightenment of high school teachers and students.
