But with the rapid transformation of social and economic structure, the talent quantity and quality which the current economic demand for were constantly shift, Thus cause a situation of relative oversupply of labor. Face of the new employment situation, university students need to do some planning for their future career, aim to lay the foundation for the post—graduation career goals and development. Whether for university students themselves or social economic development, it's essential to concern about university students career planning.Author have been on career planning, searched many related literature. Theory of career planning started in the 20th century 60 years, it was an important content of western human resource, which gained wide spread attentions and applications. Yet in china, since career planning was introduced in recent years, there were many theories learn the advanced western theories, at the same time, tried the best to work to its localization, in order to make the researched results adapted to the economic development situation and higher education development.The paper was departed into five parts:In the first part, through investigated the backgrounds of the current employment and made a brief analysis, found that it was necessary to do some education for the university students on the career planning; The second part described a number of foreign research results in the literature review and draw on a number of theories; The third part summarized the career of the individual factors and environmental factors; putted the researches emphasis in the latter two parts, which study the present situation of student career planning and the reasons.
