The long-term mathematics teaching practice proof, if want to improve the quality of mathematics learning, we must enhance mathematical foundation study, but "the double study "for study core for mathematics foundation study is concept. Long-term since, the empirical research and theoretical research of mathematics concept have never interrupted. Mathematics concept learning and teaching research have always been the hot issues. But for the secondary vocational student's mathematics concept learning research is relatively lack, therefore, how to improve the teaching quality of secondary mathematics concepts, play the role of mathematics concepts put in our professional education, is a problem before workers.Therefore in order to understand the secondary vocational students' psychological characteristic and concept learning situation, I carried on conversations with part of the secondary students to our school and design survey about students' learning situation, reached the following conclusions:1.To the secondary vocational students speaking, such psychological vulnerability as lack of self-confidence, weakness of the will, disgusted serious psychological characteristics are widespread.2.Students can't realize the importance of mathematics concept.3.The major factors which influence the secondary vocational student's concept learning are cognitive factors and non-cognitive factors. The cognition factors include:the original cognitive experience, perceptual materials or perceptual experience, generalization ability, mathematical language expression ability; The non-cognition factors include:learning motivation, interest in learning, learning habit, willpower.Combining with the above conclusions and the investigation on the current situation of teaching practice, this paper use "recent development area" to raise secondary vocational students' cognitive ability; By way of creating problems scene and information technology to improve the secondary vocational students''non-cognitive ability. Combined with the secondary vocational student's fact, and put forward the corresponding concept teaching strategies:1.Creating problems scene, strengthen the concept introducing.2.Seize concept nature, helps the student to grasp the concept.3.Using exercise, deepen the concept.
