| Higher vocational education is a specialized education, training skilled talents with comprehensive professional abilities and high quality for production, construction, management and service.The training objectives and fundamental tasks of higher vocational education have determined that the development of higher vocational education courses must meet certain social, political and economic systems and the corresponding social needs under the education system, mainly to meet the needs of economic development, to meet the dynamic development of the labor market demand.China's Higher Vocational Education development started relatively late, the related theoretical studies are at an early stage.Higher vocational education curriculum theory is much weaker compared with other developed countries. All the controversy still remains in the stage of experience summarizing,lack of theory depth. A few related studies have not yet formed a unified system.In this paper, the research methods like literature, questionnaire surveys and interviews are used. Starting from the Higher Vocational Curriculum Development theory study, researching on status of management course development of Shaanxi vocational colleges, the paper finds out the problems:First, targeting programs are not accurate; Second, the choice of course ignores the main body of students; Third, the course structure is irrational; Fourth, the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation is weakening; Fifth, courses evaluation is difficult to reflect the implementation of curriculum results, etc. There are specific reasons: First, guiding thought of curriculum development is limited to a systematic curriculum development theory; Second, weak faculty, short of "Double Quality" teachers; Third, practical teaching can not be guaranteed; Fourth, channels of communication between school-enterprise cooperation is not smooth, etc. Based on learning from foreign advanced and successful experience of curriculum development, the paper put forward the solutions to the problems, aiming to perfect management courses development theory of China's higher vocational colleges. |
