Contemporary College Students' Life Education And Countermeasures

Life is the best thing in the world, and individual life is the premise of human history. As a special and meaningful human life existing in the world, in the pursuit of truth and exploration, we continue to surpass ourselves, breaking our own limits, which include the value of life, which constituted the life of countless colorful history of humanity. Since ancient times, people have realized that education is very important in promoting people to realize their own value and enhance the spiritual realm, and it is the most basic goal of education, which has been forgotten by modern education. Modern education guided by the instrumental rationality thoughts, blindly focus on knowledge, skills, training, education, the pursuit of the truth being ignored. The issue getting more and more scholars'attention, they began to promote and research the "life education", but Life Education Research in this area is very limited, and there was little systematic academic work, so this research is of great value.This paper has studied on the basis of previous academic achievements, summarizing the lessons, putting forward some of my own views on life and a new definition of life education, and systematically expounded the theory of life education. In the second part of the life education of college students analyze problems, identify the causes leading to such problems, and then introduced the paper system, the content of Life Education, objectives and principles. These principles will guide the Life Education in our country, and finally proposes countermeasures for Life Education, including creation of the life education curriculum, increased social practice experience, and strengthen the construction of teachers'ability, and combine the family and school and society.In the conclusion of the paper, I focus on the importance of life education and express good wishes and the hope that through life education, we will build a better life, so that the students can have a healthy and happy life and find their place and realize their own value in the community to.
