Chemical course of China and the world is basically the same, chemical materials to reflect the new curriculum standards for the preparation of the concept of inquiry learning for students to carry out, so people-oriented, the importance of knowledge and life experience of the content of the link, and thus inspire students thirst for knowledge, to lay the foundation for lifelong learning and development.At present, China's basic education curriculum reform is the smooth progress of reform of curriculum standards and textbooks are the core of the reform of basic education. Chemistry is an important secondary school science courses, chemistry literacy has become essential for each citizen an integral part of scientific literacy. To meet the needs of the times, the beginning of 2003 to reform the high school chemistry curriculum, the preparation of new chemistry textbook high school curriculum reform is the key elements of systems engineering. In this paper, the curriculum reform of basic education background, to the preparation of teaching materials based on the theory, analysis and comparison of model building materials.Based on the analysis of the curriculum reform in Victoria, Australia high school chemistry before and after the two editions of the textbook ("chemical 2" Heinemann Company, 1991 and 2007 editions), and combined version of Shandong Experimental High School District Luke's use of chemical materials, hopes of high school chemistry textbooks written abroad and foreign high school chemistry textbook characteristics of the successful experience of writing for high school chemistry textbook in China's reform and development that can learn from the experience.Thesis is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction, on the topics of meaning, purpose, research methods, expand discourse, on the main points raised - Curriculum Reform and Textbook Reform.The second part of the Australian education and cultural background and "Chemistry 2" materials and development, on the one hand describes the educational and cultural background and the Australian education system, the Australian high school curriculum design and materials to create the conditions for the production.The third part of the rationale, focus on the definition of teaching materials, materials and functions, from different angles, to the development of materials provides the theoretical foundation.The fourth part is the third edition of "Chemistry 2" and the fourth edition of "Chemistry 2" of the analysis, this section is the core of the paper, mainly from Victoria, Australia after the material change in curriculum reform, comparing before and after changes in standard textbooks and curriculum relationship. Mainly from the content selection, content organization, content presentation is given three specific comparison of the data was analyzed.The fifth part of the inspiration and vision, through analysis and study, and further recognized that the standard textbook reform is the need to reform curriculum, teaching philosophy of education needs of sublimation is the progress of the times, especially for the changing needs of the students learning style.
