| For the implementation of the Zhejiang Province sports, educational development, "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and students sun sports, since the 2008, Zhejiang Provincial Sports Bureau, the Education Department, through the mechanism of creating the sun sports human resources base, named the "sunshine base". Speed up the Talents Cultivation of new period, and to promote school sports in popularity based on the enhancement and upgrading the quality of school sports personnel cultivation."Sunshine Base" after-school training is one important way of selecting and sending outstanding sports human resources in the Zhejiang Province, to carry out the most basic training, which is the bottom of the pagoda. How to make the " Sunshine Base " healthy and orderly train outstanding sports human resources, back to back training network system, to achieve competitive sports sustainable development in our province, is a serious problem.Through sorting out the available literature of a variety of Sports Reserve, find that the research depth of training primary level of reserve Talent is not enough, but the relevant theory on the research of Sports reserve talents of Zhejiang Province is even less.In view of the basic status and the lack of research "sunshine base" for the training of reserve forces of Zhejiang Province, the investigation of" Sunshine Base" of the overall operating results and its problems in the development process will have a major impact for the future development of competitive sports and sunshine sports of Zhejiang province. Therefore, this study carries out investigation of " Sunshine Base " status in Zhejiang Province, and based on the investigation, analyze the main factors affecting its development and fully understand the method and effectiveness of "Combination physical and education", try to provide some reference for the sustainable development of" Sunshine Base ".In this paper, adopt the literature, questionnaire, statistics, interviews and investigation, logical analysis and other research methods, make the Investigation for 40 coaches and 368 athletes and 30 leaders of " Sunshine Base " of Zhejiang Province, analyze the major problems of " Sunshine Base ", and propose countermeasures.Survey results show that the " Sunshine Base " has the main problems existed:(1) guidelines need to be further strengthened, leading athletes in the comprehensive development of education (2) the scale of the layout and the scale of project need to be optimze, the quality and quantity of sports reserve resources should be improved; (3) the investment of sports funding needs to be enlarge, the financing channels need to be broaden; (4) incentive mechanism need to be more perfect, to perform the coaches enthusiasm, the scientific level of after-school training is not high, the level of coach guidance should be improved; (5) the training period of participating is generally short, high level competitions to participate in is fewer, high-level athletes transportation rate is not high; (6) the development space of culturing sports reserve resources is less, set up and improve relevant security policies and to further implement the policies (7) the administration system of "combination of Sports and Education," need be strengthen.,players need to overcome the lazy, hard learning attitude is not enough, cultural learning management should be further strengthen the care and refinement and so on.For the " Sunshine Base " problems, propose the following measures:(1) clearly establish a guiding ideology of the base, foster the concept of educating people of comprehensive development; (2) strengthening project layout management, establish an interface system of base training network; (3) improve and perfect the financial security system and actively improve the training conditions; (4) the establishment of coaches incentives to improve the training system, promotion of guidance level; (5) improve the competition regime, increase the appropriate numbers of competition and expand inter-school and provincial level exchanges; (6) use the advantage of" combination sports and education", expand the development space of sports reserve resources. (7) improve the management system, scientific co-ordination, to be "people-oriented". |
