Now striving for an establishment of promoting students'all-round development of the evaluation system. The students'schoolwork assessment is a core link in the course of education, and be a role of the.baton in teaching practice. Today the paper and pencil test is no longer the only assessment method in Primary and secondary schools. The present system of extra examinations in Dalian City can improve the students' ability in practice and operation, and be in line with the characteristics of the course of IT Education, fulfill a useful function in standardize the IT Education and further enhancing the status of the course. However, the assessment methods in the processes and methods, the emotion attitudes and values are not enough, and the use of a simple quantitative method has been suspecting deeply in recent years.With the reference to the advanced methods from developed countries and the results of experiments in our country, we can foresee that students'schoolwork assessment of IT Education will give more weight to integrating the process and summation evaluation. The content and mainstay of educational evaluation will be more diversified and comprehensive. It will escalate the students'information literate. Yet, the IT teachers those in the forefront of work not only take charge of a dozen or more classes', more than 600 students'teaching but also have to held responsible for other work. If more evaluation tasks be added to them, the effectiveness of this form for evaluating will undoubtedly be affected. When undertaking research of the Eleventh Five-Year education scientific project, we achieve the process of"learning in assessing and assessing in learning"by using the moodle platform which is the free open source creatively and adapting manifold assessment methods as well as achieving the process of"teaching–learning- assessing"by network. By doing all mentioned above, not only the teaching efficiency is increased and the assessment burden of teachers and students is eased but also a more convenient method of social assessment is provided. This thesis states the details about how we achieved the goal.This thesis (paper) tries to build a assessment mode for students'IT Education schoolwork as per the new edited Standard for IT Education Schoolwork issued by Bureau of Education of Dalian Municipality by learning from abroad theory and methods as well as assimilating domestic results which have been achieved. It gives an expatiation on the results of, current situation of and theoretical foundation for the assessment for students'IT Education schoolwork. And it develops assessment system for IT Education schoolwork of secondary school and offers proposals for the schoolwork assessment. Try to establish the net-teaching course taking Secondary School IT Education Content as its subject on moodle platform.
