On Teachers' Teaching Autonomy

With the development and progress of the continuous, the education becomes to pay more attention to the human's value and concern about the human'value of life as a alive person.Teaching and learning activities as the major media and channel to achieve the goal and value of education,it's the basic approach to develop students'knowledge and skills,form emotional attitude and values. More importantly,it's also the important process for the teacher to enhance the value of their lives. Teaching and learning activities promote the development of students,at the same time,it should promote the growth of teachers and allow them to find their own value or the sense of belonging to realize the meaning of their life.What's more,teaching and learning activity is a specialized professional, having a professional field of the right to self-determination or not is one of the necessary conditions to measure whether the profession is a professional career. As a teacher ,we can't just look the teaching profession as a mean of livelihood. Because of their own interests and hobbies,a good teacher choose the profession of a teacher.During their teaching lives they realize the value of their lives. The profession of teaching is a autonomy work.If the teacher loss their autonomy, the teaching process will become hollow, dogmatic and rigid.Without any spirituality and creativity, the education will can't develop students'creativity and intelligence.Education is communication and exchange between people and people, heart and soul,its ultimate aim is to improve people, to achieve people's comprehensive development.So teachers should have a certain autonomy in the teaching process in order to promote the development of students and themselves.At the same time ,we shuould protect teacher's autnnomy of teaching to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform. I think we shuld have a deep understanding of the teachers'autonomy of teaching,understand it's meaning and theory, have a systematic analysis to the status of teacher's autonomy and the obstacles, on this basis, discussing the strategy to guarantee the exercise of teacher's autonomy,that's very important to promote the rapidly development of our country's education.I will do my studying in the following aspects:PartI: Preface. In order to provide the basis for further study,in this part I will introduce the background and meaning of this problem, the review of literature and the research methods.Part II: The concept and scope of teacher's autonomy of teaching.In this part I will discuss the connotation nature and the scope of teacher's autonomy of teaching,to tell people which autonomy the teacher need to have during their teaching activity , elaboratethe nature of teaching autonomy and the reflect of teachers' autonomy.Part III: The theoretical basis and necessity of teacher's autonomy of teaching.First,I will elaborate the constructivism,hierarchy of needs theory,the theory of education-life and the idea about subjective education.Analysis the theory of teaching autonomy and then discusses the necessity of teaching autonomy given to teachers. On this basis,I conducted the actual research in JiNan,Zibo and Heze to understand the current status of teaching autonomyPart IV:The analysis of status of teacher's autonomy and the obstacles. According to the interviews with teachers, elaborate the exercise of autonomy in the current status of teaching,and then discuss the factors which impeding teachers exercising their autonomy from the internal factors and external factors.PartV: The strategy for protecting the exercise of teanhers'autonomy. Discussing strategy for protecting the exercise of teanher's autonomy in two respects,that's strengthening the external security and strengthening the external security of teachers themselves.The last part: Conclusion. Summing the hole research and the conclusion. Establishing the ideals and beliefs that we should try our best to let the teaching and leaning have vitality。Teaching activity is an important area for teachers' development of their lives. Teachers stretch their own lives, experience the joy and happiness during the teaching activity. Just beause of "In order to teaching","During the teaching","Through teaching", teachers constantly do self-education,realize the self-development and improvement of life. Maybe ,there is a large gap between the ideal and reality,but we should try our best, let the teaching to be the process for teachers achieving their value of lives, to be the process of exchanges and communication of life between people and people .
