Property Services Contract Law Study

A realty serving contract is made between parties which havee qual lega lstatus as a civil contract. The contract prescribed in Contract Law can not cover the character of a realty serving contract, so it should be treated as a new type of contract. One party of the realty serving contract, the owner or the owner committee, has special legal status which can not dissolve the contract at will. The liability of a realty serving corporation should be determined by Contract Law and the realty serving contract.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the property service contract concept. The property service contract separately from the meaning of the legal characteristics of the property service contracts of these two parts.The second part is the nature of the property service contract. Through the property service contract with the commission contracts, employment contracts set out the more specific nature of the property service contract.The third part is the property services, the legal status of parties to the contract.
