In my opinion, it is first the participating in the political with Chinese characteristics, a powerful driving force involved in selecting the right carrier is needed, and guide them the correct way to participate. Secondly, we must continue to promote the healthy development of socialist market economy, and actively nurture the participatory political culture, and strive to improve the quality of all citizens as well as the comprehensive optimization and clean government to reassert its environment.
