Drug Crime Evidence Collection

As the bases of promoting lawsuits ,declaring crime and sentencing to drug crime actor, Evidence of drug crime cases is the core of the judicial activities striking drug crimes. Each link of the judicial activities is also carried out around envidence, the envidence should be collected targetedly according to the characterisitics of the drug crimes in the investigation stage, therefore, the main issue of this paper discussed is how to collect the evidence using various of investigative measures and carry out comprehensive judgment on the evidence materials collected.This paper has four sections. The first section mainly elaborated the main features of drug crime cases and the characteristics of the crimes'evidence. Furthermore , this part also attempts a systematic classification of the evidence and focuses on the core evidence. The second section mainly illustrates how to improve the efficiency of evidence collection. This part first proposes the importance of evidence consciousness for investigative subject in the process of investigation, and discusses how to raise the evidence consciousness. Then it proposed the investigative ideas of drug crime guided by information, and emphasizes the importance of information in the whole investigative process. Finally, the conceptions of general investigation means are introduced in detail, including the public investigation, the control to pay, the enticement detection, the special situation to utilize, technical detection and so on. It is also discussed in the paper that how to implement these methods.The thrid part spreads out exposition on the envidences that are needed by declaring crime and sentencing to the drug crimal defendants, makes analysis taking smuggling, trafficking, transporting and manufacturing drugs as example, and also refers to how to judge the envidences. The fourth part discusses on obtaining the evidence's transformation using special methods in the drug criminal cases ivestigation, and also puts forward personal opinions.
