| The right to life is the basis for the existence of other rights and the most basic human rights. The protection of the right to life is the the responsibility of state, society and each of us. The protection system of right to life is significance in today's law society, is the way to achieve the highest value of life,and also highlight the human rights concept. Firstly,this paper discusses the value of the right to life,make us realize the significance of the existence of life and the way to live dignity.secondly,with the development of society,various issues about the right to life is emerging,this paper is on the basis of studying and classifying the related issues,and then exploring a development road of conductive to the protection of our right to life.The right to life is the most basic human rights,believe that the protection of the right to life will be more complete by the study the value of the right to life and the problem of the right to life. |
