| People with disability play an important role in the society, which manifests the diversity of humanity. As population aging is becoming the ireversible tendency of the development of the world's population structure, the development of systems related to population, including the development of systems for the aged with disability, should adapt themselves to it. Population aging is not only the main reason why the quantity of people with disability increases, but also the important reason for the change of the composition and demand structure of people with disability. Therefore, the problem of the aged should not be ignored when we talk about the issue of people with disability, and the security system for the aged with disability should be stressed during the construction of social security system for people with disability. Based on the Second China National Sample Survey on Disability, this paperanalyses the characters of the aged with disabilities and the present situation of security supplies for them, and also put forward some suggestions to construct the social security system for the aged with disabilities.This study is trying to explore the suitable path of care system for elder people with disabilities in Xi'an City,through the research of aged care services for disabled status, the reasons for lack of care service system and impact analysis, drawing the successful experiences of caring elder persons with disabilities at home and abroad.
