Islamic Revolution In Iran 'the Policy Of Lebanon (1979-2000)

After Iranian Islam Revolution, its political system and foreign policy have had the historical great changes. In the period of Khomeini, Iran established the Islam theocracy political system. In diplomatic aspect, Iran carryyed out "output revolution" policy, and splits out "no East, no West, so long as Islam" slogan. However, this policy has received resisting in the bay area first. The Iranian Government who takes "output revolution"as own duty took aim at the weak Lebanon.This time, Iran's Lebanese policy was, disregarded the benifits of the Lebanese Government and the other parties in Lebanon, but supported the Lebanese Shi's and outputs Islam revolutionary ideas to Lebanese. Under the guidance of this policy, Iran succeeded in constructing the Hezbollah, so it became a tool to achieve their strategic interests. Iran realized the limitation of "the output revolution policy"after seeing the result of the Iran-Iraq war and the Cold War. Moreover,After the signing of "the Tayifu Agreement", the Hezbollah assimilated by the lebanese gradually, and no longer only follows the Iran's lead. Faced with the new situation, Iran adjusts its Lebanese policy,it keeps with Hezbollah special relations, while strengthing the relationship with the Lebanon Government and other parties At the same time, Iranian and Hezbollah tried to contact through the Lebanese Government. From this, the normalization of relations oflranian and Lebanon has realized.Iran adopted ifferent policies in different periods, which has had huge influence, but in the final analysis, its real goal is to expand it's own international influence and enhanced it's strategic position, realized its national interest maximization finaly.This article includes six parts:First, introduce the present research situation.Second, summarize the Iran-Lebanon relations before Islam revolution. This part mainly combs the Iran-Lebanon relations from the Iran's Safawei dynasty,and elelaborates the Iran's policy to Lebanon in the period of Baliewei emphatically, thus explains Iran to formulate the Lebanese policy origin.Third, summariz the Iran's policy to Lebanon after Islam revolution, This part takes 1989 as the line, divided into two times. Namely:The Khomeini time, Lafusanjiani and the Khatami time, mainly elaborates the Iran's Lebanese policy in thelslam Republic timeFourth, analysis of the influencing factors on the policy of Iran to Lebanon. This article believed that the factors affected Iran's Lebanese policy not only the changes also of the Syria's interference,last for a long time of the Arab and Israel conflict,and the international pattern change.They are all important attribute in the Iran's policy to Lebanon.Fifth, analysis the influence of Lebanon's policy. This part analysises the infuence of the Iran's Lebanon policy to Iran and Lrbanon emphatically,and discusses this policy's infuence to the the Middle East and International Society.Finally, conclusion,analysises Iran's Lebanese policy from he national interest, the geopolitics, the religious culture's angle, through the above elaboration analysis,then draws the conclusion through the above elaboration analysis:Iran's Lebanese policy successful to a great extent.Moreover, Iran will continue to carry out the present Lebanese policy.
