Democratic Mechanism Of China's National People's Congress Legislative Research

The combination of legislation and the democratic system will achieve the legislation's ideals. This article is intended to build National People's Congress legislative democratic institutions for this purpose. This article is primarily focused on researching public participation in legislative Activities.We will learn legislative experience from foreign, on this basis building National People's congress Legislative Democracy mechanisms that suited to Chinese national conditions to ensure that legislation is fairness and justice. In this paper, the public legislative participation in the legislative mechanism of the democratic of National People's Congress will be most important part, because the public participation in the legislative system is the best embodiment of legislative democracy.
