| Learning Organization Theory, one of the Management Theory Frontiers, plays an important guiding role in innovating organization under the complex social environment and improving the competitiveness and viability of all types of organization. Facing the complicated and volatile international environment, it becomes a critical subject to our Communist Party of China how to keep up with new developments and changes in and out China and how to strengthen the Party's governance capability and maintain the vanguard nature of the Party so as to lead the people of all ethnic groups in building a moderately prosperous society. Build a Learning party and a Learning Party Organization is our party's strategic decision based on our party's own fine traditions and advanced western management theories, which has great significance in strengthening Party building in a spirit of reform and innovation and raising the lever of scientific party building in a new era.This thesis, firstly, expatiates the general theories of Learning Organization and Learning Party Organization applying such research methods as Comparative Analysis, Historical Analysis and Empirical Analysis. Then the thesis analyses the theory origins and necessities to build Learning Party Organization for our Communist Party of China. Lastly, the thesis expresses some enlightenments attained from the experience of the department of discipline supervision and investigation in Changchun, Jilin Province building Learning Party Organization.The innovation of the thesis lies in using Empirical Analysis to explore and study the methods and paths to create a Learning Party Organization for our Communist Party of China.The main body of this thesis is divided into four parts:The first part analyses the general theories of Learning Organization and Learning Party Organization, including the background , the source and the main content of Learning Organization Theory, the connotation and characteristics of Learning Party Organization Theory, and the main distinctions and relations between the two theories.The second part analyses the necessity to building a Learning Party Organization for our Communist Party of China,including the theory origins and necessities to build Learning Party Organization for our Communist Party of China.The third part analyses the practical paths to build Learning Party Organization, including the methods and paths to create a Learning Party Organization, the practice and the achievement the department of discipline supervision and investigation in Changchun, Jilin Province undergoes and makes during its building Learning Party Organization.The fourth part, at first, summarizes the experience of the department of discipline supervision and investigation in Changchun, Jilin Province. Then, the part expresses some enlightenments attained from the experience on building Learning Party Organization for our Communist Party of China. |
