Construction Of The Operating Mechanism For Citizen Participation In Policy Decision-making

The purpose of public policy is making the public interests realized. Along with the further deepening of the market reform and the advance of the administrative democracy, public policy is now run as one of the most important method to regulate the modern market economy and to carry out the social management by government.
