Study Of Urban Management Law Enforcement System

Currently our country has come into a new developing stage which means our country have to speed up the development of city construction. However, during the process of urbanization, in order to realize the normal development of urbanization, city governance should be strengthened. And as one of important method of city governance, urban management administrative law has been paid much more and more attention. Since 2002, our county began to administrative law enforcement reform of urban management aiming at resolving corresponding problems and improving administrative law enforcement efficiency. In recent years, main cities of our country have made positive attempt and certain effect have displayed, but it is obvious that problems of urban management administrative law enforcement of country still exist and need optimize step by step.Based on the analysis of relative theories about administrative law enforcement, this paper makes deep analysis about administrative law enforcement reform and current condition of urban management of our country from many perspectives such as development process, progress which has been made, problems which still exist and so on. What is more, the construction of administrative law enforcement system of urban management is demonstrated and corresponding optimizing methods and suggestion are put forward. In terms of current condition of our country , the paper aims at construction of administrative law enforcement system of urban management improving the level of urban management.
