Open Government Information Problems And Countermeasures In The Process

In the information age, the extent of government information publicity is the main mark of democratic in the society. In a democracy society, the national policy and the government action is not only have to tell to the officials, but also have to open to the public. The aim of government information publicity is to expand the information which shared with the citizen and to protect the citizen's right to know. From that, we can ensure the smooth implementation of socialist democracy.On April 24,2007,《The Information Public Regulation of the People's Republic of China Government》made by the State Council is issued formally, implemented in the whole country from May l,2008.This administrative statute has finished Situation that our country has not legislated in unison in government open information system, will ensure government information public to the greatest extent, will offer for respecting citizen's right of being in know and support institutionalized, thus make the information of our government work publicly and is relatively developed on a large scale. But at the same time, we should realize the influence because of many kinds of factors soberly, the realization that our government information disclosure will not be plain sailing, it may face many resistances.Because of this, this paper discloses the extant questions to start with from information of our government on the basis of absorbing forefathers' research results, uses the relevant theory to analyze various problems existing in the course of government information disclosure.
