Divorced Children Of The Family Causes Of Crime And Measures

With the development of the society and the change of the attitude towards marriage,the divorce rate in our country has been continually increasing in recent years.The break of a family will influence the psychological health of the children in this family.Under some negative influence from the society, many children from those divorced families start to undertake criminal activities.Among the non-adult criminal cases,the proportion of Children in divorced family has been persistently increasing.And it has become one of the serious issues of the society.To prevent and reduce the crime from this group of children becomes one of the keys to solve the non-adult crime.This paper starts with the analysis of biological and psychological characters of the children in divorced families,then combines the historical conditions of the society and the culture background of our country.With the help of mossive statistics and references,this paper aims to deeply analy-se and discuss the present situation,causes and countermeasure of the crime done by children in divorced families.This paper has an emphasis on the issue of the prevention of crime.At the same time,the author has given some opinions about the issues such as,to cultivate healthy personalities of the children in divorced families,to trcat the psychological problems of children who have undertaken erime,to construct relative(?)egal systems and to prevent the repeat of crime etc.This paper has three parts:introduction,body and conclusion.The meaning of studying the causes and countermeasures of chi(?)dren cri(?)e in divorced families will be briefly discussed in the introduction.The body is made by four chapters.The first chapter gives a general overview of the children in divorced families.The general situation of those children and the problems they are having and confronting will be briefly presented. This chapter also puts an emphasis on the major characters of children in divorced families.The second chapter talks about the basic situation of children crime.Supported by massive statistics,this chapter analyses the basic situation,types,structures and basic characters of the crime done by children in divorced families.The third chapter deals with the causes of crime.In this chapter,the reasons for crime generated by such as body structure,society,culture,family and school etc.will be deeply analysed.The fourth chapter is about the countermeasure of dealing with the children crime in divorced families.The basic types of crime,the prevention from families,schools and society,and the law policieswill be studied and discussed.At the end,by summing up the arguments in the paper,the views of the whole paper will be refined in the conclusion.
