The problem of corporate responsibility is one of the controversial problems in the capitalism countries since the beginning of the twentieth centuiy The protection of employee rights in the medium and small enterprise is one of the important problems of the corporate responsibility.From the analysis of the relation between the protection of employee right and corporate responsibility," the employee" is a part of related of beneficiary", the protection of employee is the core of the corporate responsibility practice, a corporate protect its employee' s right is part of the corporate responsibility, but the protection of employee right is an independent concept. Therefore, it is very important to do research into the protection of employee rights from the angle of corporate responsibility. This research is the basis of this article.The definition of the protection of employee right mainly includes the labor power, the right of the equal and the choice of occupation, obtain the guerdon and the right to the rest, the right to have a safe circumstance, and the right to attend and organize the labor union, and so on.The main body of the protection of employee right in medium and small enterprise is the medium and small enterprise; it is special .It needs supports of government, the self-discipline of business enterprise and social surveillance.The medium and small enterprise has the special position in the development of China. However, because of the blemish of the medium and small enterprise, the protection of employee right in it is not enough in the whole corporate responsibility system.The situation of the protection of employee right in the medium and small enterprise is severe. Its performance includes the negligence of the safe production and the employee's health. Therefore, setting up the protection system of employee right needs two sides in the medium and small enterprise: the lawmaking and the practice. The creative point in this article is that the protection system of employee right is combined to the international standard SA8000 and CSC9000T to build the system of the protection of employee right in the medium and small enterprise. This article is mainly separated to four parts. It has 31,000 words; the main contents are as follows:Foreword This part begins from the introduction of corporate responsibility, then, draws the conclusion that the protection of employee right is one of the most important problems of corporate responsibility in China. Because of the blemish of the medium and small enterprise, there is not enough protection to employee rights in the whole corporate responsibility system.The first part: the definition of the protection of employee right in the medium and small business enterprise. This part introduces the relation between corporate responsibility and the protection of employee right. The protection of employee is the core of the corporate responsibility practice, a corporate protect its employee' the s right is part of the corporate responsibility, but the protection of employee right is an independent concept. This part Includes: the children labor, compulsory work, safety and healthy, labor union, labor time, salary system, the measure of punishment. Compared with our country, our law have higher standard, but also have shortage.The fourth part: setting up the protection system of employee right in the medium and small business enterprise. This part includes: the localization of SA8000-CSC9000T, perfecting lawmaking, the other related measures to protect the employee right in the medium and small enterprise. The practice of CSC900T has the international acceptability, local feasibility. Therefore, setting up the protection of employee right in the medium small business enterprise needs two factors: the lawmaking and the practice. The lawmaking needs to perfect assistant lawmaking, strengthen the operability of the law and amend《the labor law》; The aspect of Practice needs to perfect the other related measures to protect the employee right in the medium and small enterprise, strengthen the government's leading and information supports, strengthen the self- discipline of the medium and the small enterprise, and strengthen cultural and perfect social surveillance.Conclusion: This part emphasizes again that the importance of setting up the protection system of employee right in the medium and small enterprise needs two sides: lawmaking and law fulfillment.
