The Research On The Medium And Small Enterprise Cluster In The East Of Guangdong Pronvince

With the high speed development of Zhujiang Delta and Changjiang Delta, the eminent competitive advantages of the medium and small enterprise cluster come to appear, which leads to many scholars' reseach on this subject.At fist, this paper expounds the theory foundation of the medium and small enterprise cluster by economics theory, such as trading cost, uncertainty and regional economics, management theory, such as enterprise network theory and new competition economics. Secondly, this paper reviews the former research articles of the medium and small enterprise cluster, classfying the articles and commenting them. Third, this paper chooses two representative cases of the medium and small enterprise cluster in order to farther research.After summarizing the theories and empirical analysis, this paper concludes how the geography position, resource, entrepreneur resource and the Guanxi capital of the consanguinity, regional network and industry network compound the capital, technology, raw and processed materials and information in the priod of the creation of the medium and small enterprise cluster, in order to decrease the trading cost of the enterprises, reduce the uncertainty of the trade. There are some differences between former reseaches and this paper. This paper brings forward the mix mode, which combines the informal principle represented by consanguinity, region network, industry network and the market justice trade principle through reasonable preference, influences the creation and development of the medium and small enterprise cluster. At the same time, this paper also more deeply analyses the influence of industry of the enterprises to the medium and small enterprise cluster.After analyzing the interior structure of the medium and small enterprise cluster of the east of Guangdong province and the cluster's influence to the regional economy, industry form structure and development of enterprises. This paper makes the beneficial circle and vicious circl models of the medium and small enterprise clustere. Finially, aiming at the problems in the medium and small enterprise cluster, this paper expounds a set of measure and suggestion in order to the sustainable development of the cluster, by exerting the common advantages of the government organization and the non-governmental organization.
