Standards and certification is posed importantly of modern market competition, is specific industries and products entering the market permits. From the perspective of competition law, trade associations and standardized behavior is a "double-edged sword" in promoting healthy competition in the market, while also using its corporate members by the functional advantages of limiting free competition, direct or indirect damage consumers interests, as many countries antimonopoly laws and regulations of the target.
