| As economy develops fast continually in kunming, traffic demand speeds remarkably. As a result, the problems of traffic safety become more and more seriously, It is very necessary to study on road accidents.on the condition that traffic accidents are on the rise in my city, while they decreasing in other Chinese cities. The present situation of the road traffic safety gets more and more worse,Thouth many methods have been taken.There are many things we should do ,or traffic safety will affect and limit the development of my city.Now,to reducethe traffic accidentrate and promote the efficiency of the roads in cities is the most important.Personal factors are more important to traffic accidents than the vehicle and road. In this paper, the participators'trattic safety consciousness -espacially drivor's quality which is key to reduse the traffic accident rate is pointed out. After describing the definition and characteristics of driver's qualities,the framework of driver's qualities is set up denoting the relationship between driver's qualities and traffic safety . Current conditions of kunming' road safety are analyzed first , and then analyze the driver's causes of traffic accident in cities. It put forward that we should pay more attention to the drivor's quality and it is very necessary to research the drivor'psychology,morality,skill in driving etc ,hopes to find the current weak link and improving measures of kunming road traffic safety management measures.Referring drivor's quality,strategies of traffic are put forward ,i.e.to study the comprehensive evaluation on the driver'quality,to train driver to drive with good habit,to educate traffic participants to have awareness of traffic safety ,to reinforce traffic safety management and to pay more attention to strengthen traffic morality etc.The purpose of the reduction of the traffic accidents and the improvement of the overall traffic safety levels can come true. |
