Improve The Party's Ability To Govern. Building A Harmonious Society

Building of a harmonious society in the new period is the major fundamental and overall issues of the party and relates with the overwhelming majority of the people's fundamental interests. Building of a harmonious society is the party's ruling basis and relates the prosperity of the Chinese Communist Party and relates the long-term peace of our country. Building of a harmonious society relates to the status and the ruling firm of the Chinese Communist Party and is an inevitable requirement to enhance the ability of Chinese Communist Party.Improving the ruling ability of Chinese Communist Party is an important content and a fundamental guarantee to build a harmonious society.How to deal with the new requirements of the times building a harmonious society to the ability to govern of the Communist Party of China and how to build a harmonious society of socialism better and faster and to solve the social contradictions better in building a harmonious society should be an important problems by the ability to govern of the Communist Party of China. This paper, in the process of interpreting building of a harmonious society and on the basis of the new challenges to the ruling ability of the Chinese Communist Party, I discuss the main measures to improve the party's ruling ability and I want to summarize some of the basic experience to my best.
